How to install Plumeria:

Plumeria is a program written in Visual Basic® that runs on computers that use Microsoft Windows 98 or later.  To install it you must have administrative privileges that allow you to install software.  

1) Copy the contents of this zip file to your hard drive and unzip it to a folder.
2) Double-click on the “setup.exe” file and follow the instructions for installation.
3) After it is installed you can launch it by going to Start>>Programs>>Plumeria 2
